Now That I Have You is a heart-warming story of Betsy (Bea) and Michael (John Lloyd) whose romance starts and blooms during rush hour when everybody is scrambling over one another for a seat at the MRT. Betsy and Michael both board from Magallanes station and get down at Kamuning station.
Then Betsy sees the attractive Michael. She begins to constantly wait for him at the station. Till finally, they get to meet each other. However, Michael turns out to be the exact opposite of Betsy's ideal man.
Opposites, as they say, attract. But how? How can they actually get along? What will it take for two different individuals to strike a common chord?

Be In Love With John Lloyd and Bea
The story alone can certainly attract moviegoers. But the greatest element Now That I Have You has is having John Lloyd and Bea in the lead. Betsy and Michael will put John Lloyd and Bea in a different perspective.
Because of their wonderful chemistry, they are sure to offer more than "kilig." They never appear forced or unnatural. They complement each other'�s presence and obviously more comfortable with each other now. So how close is close?
"We've been a loveteam for almost two years and a half now and so far, we're really enjoying each other's company," says the very lovely Bea. "We see each other practically everyday, so it will be really weird if we haven't been close after all these time."
As far as John Lloyd is concern, he's happy that he's finally become "close" friends with his partner.
"I can say now na napaka-komportable ko kay Bea. We enjoy each other's company. We share jokes and Bea brings out the kid in me."
Now that their relationship has moved to another level -- from being simply "loveteam" to what they claim now as "close" friendship is there ever a "Only time can tell," his short reply.
As for Bea, she greatly believes in destiny. "If we're destined to be partners for real, no matter what happens, we will end up together. That is, if he is really my destiny," she quipped.
The Other Half..the Best buds!
As in every story, there's always this people you turn to when you're on a high or even at the lowest point of your life.
To add spice to this new, upbeat modern romantic flick are the interesting characters of Nikki Valdez, Lui Villaruz and Kristopher Peralta as Betsy's (Bea) and Michael's (John Lloyd) best buddies, respectively.
Nikki plays the "kikay" Stefi, bestfriend of Betsy (Bea), who's been the latter's "ultimate" adviser when it comes to strategies on how to meet and keep a man!
Lui, on the other hand, is Martin, one of Betsy's male pals, a conscious male heterosexual armed with advises for just about every gender on dating and how to conquer life itself. Ironically, he's the number one "non-follower" of his own advice.
Meet Jacob (Kristopher), first cousin and close bud of Michael (John Lloyd). This makulit na chickboy always makes an effort to set Michael up with girls even if he knows darn wll how stiff his cousin is!
